Shipping Policy

Once your order has been confirmed, you can view your orders through the "My Account" link, get information about their status and you can track your cargo once it has shipped.

Online orders placed from our site are periodically checked every day, at certain times during the day, within the time specified in the order form. Orders placed after 18:00 are evaluated the next day.

Your orders are delivered to the shipping within 1-3 working days. Delivery times may be extended due to the intensity during high season and discount periods. Delivery times may vary depending on the regions outside the city centres.

We want you to know that during discount and promotion periods, delivery can be made a little later due to increased demand.

If the products you order are in stock, deliveries can be made when your payment recieved.
